🔑 AI Styles need a Replicate API token.
Create a free account at replicate.com, copy your token, then on the server run:
echo 'REPLICATE_API_TOKEN=r8_xxxx' > /var/www/picToAnmie/config.json
Or set the environment variable REPLICATE_API_TOKEN and restart gunicorn.

The correct format for config.json is: {"REPLICATE_API_TOKEN": "r8_your_token_here"}
